Briggs Engineering, Inc. (BEI) highly-trained survey department has extensive experience in performing various boundary/topographical surveys for residential and commercial subdivision developers, government agencies, and private individuals and organizations.

State-of-the-art technology, including Total Stations and GPS equipment, enables our staff to accomplish multiple types of surveys. High production techniques and quality controls assure cost-effective and timely completion of each survey project.

Our survey team uses CAD-based staking plans and produces electronic coordinate files that can be easily loaded into the data collectors, for the total station units and FPS receivers, for our field crew. Information can quickly be shared between the field crews and office, allowing for flexible and efficient system to accommodate changing field and design conditions. The data collectors also permit the immediate gathering of as-staked information to produce continuous electronic quality control checks. The data collectors and GPS receivers allow our field crews to efficiently collect topographic information. Field data is processed through Eagle Point and Autocad-compatible software to meet client and agency specifications.
